Cancellation

Consult our cancellation policy for your bookings in Les 3 Vallées. Learn about the conditions and the steps to follow in case of changes or cancellation of your stay.

How can I cancel my booking?

By simply sending a written request by email to resa@les3vallees.com, specifying your reservation number, your name, and the reason for cancellation.

Cancellation fees may apply depending on your stay dates and the date of your cancellation request.

  1. If you booked on reservation.les3vallees.com, please send your cancellation request to resa@les3vallees.com.
  2. We will then inform you of any cancellation fees that apply, and you can confirm the final cancellation of your stay. You can also refer to the cancellation fee schedule in our Terms and Conditions of Sale. In the event of a refund, a credit to your credit card or a bank transfer will be processed.
  3. Once your booking is canceled, a cancellation invoice will be sent to the email address provided with your reservation.
  4. If you purchased cancellation or comprehensive insurance with your booking, you can contact them to claim a reimbursement for the cancellation fees charged by Les 3 Vallées Travel, upon presentation of the cancellation invoice.

Can I modify my booking once it is confirmed?

By simply sending a written request by email to resa@les3vallees.com, specifying your reservation number, your name, and the reason for the modification.

It is possible to modify the number of participants, within the available capacity of the accommodation, change the names of participants, or add additional services.

For changes to accommodation, dates, or length of stay, please contact us as this depends on the availability of the accommodation. Modification fees may apply.

Are there any fees associated with modifying my booking?

What are the cancellation conditions for bookings? Are there any cancellation fees?

Any cancellation request made:

  • More than 60 days before the departure date: no cancellation fees;
  • Between 59 and 31 days before the departure date: 30% cancellation fees of the total booking amount;
  • 30 days or less before the departure date: 100% cancellation fees of the total booking amount.

If you have purchased insurance (cancellation or comprehensive) at the time of your booking, it will take precedence over our Terms and Conditions of Sale.

Insurance premiums and booking fees are non-refundable.
