Depending on the relationship between the accommodation provider's bank and yours, this period may be slightly extended and the refund may appear retroactively on your account. Once your stay is over, we invite you to contact us by email or WhatsApp so that we can generate the invoice for your stay.
Generally speaking, accommodation providers open their calendars between May and August before the following season. We invite you to contact us by e-mail in order to prioritize your booking for the next season.
