What payment methods are accepted?

We accept several payment methods:

We can accept payments by bank transfer. Please contact us for this.

How can I add additional services to my booking?

You can add services to your booking, such as ski passes, ski lessons, and ski equipment:

  • Either at the time of booking by following the purchase process, Or later by sending us your request via email or through your customer portal.

How can I book ski packages?

Ski passes can be booked online at the time of booking your accommodation by following the booking process.

They can also be added later, up to 10 days before the start of your stay, by contacting our customer service via email at resa@les3vallees.com.

We only offer 3 Vallées ski passes at a packaged rate, linked to the accommodation booking.

From what time and where can I collect the keys to my apartment?

The information regarding the key collection is provided on the voucher you received by email in the "Key Collection" section. You will find the arrival and departure times, as well as the exact address.

In general: check-in is at 5:00 PM, and check-out is between 9:00 AM and 10:00 AM.

Feel free to contact the agency responsible for the apartment if you arrive earlier, so they can assist you with the check-in process.
