Chalet of approximately 110SQ-M, located in a quiet area of La Tania, the "Quartier des Chalets". It can accommodate up to 13 people, with its 3 bedrooms and 2 shower rooms. You can enjoy the view of the famous summit of Grand Bec from the South-East facing terrace!
LEVEL -1 - BASEMENT:
Laundry room with washing machine, tumble dryer.
Heated Ski room (access to the chalet before & after ski).
LEVEL 0 - GROUND FLOOR:
Spacious living room with television, sofa and dining table giving access to the large south-east facing terrace.
Equipped kitchen open to the living room including a stove with electric hob and a traditional electric oven, a fridge / freezer, a dishwasher and a microwave.
Shower room with shower.
Separate toilets.
LEVEL +1 - 1st FLOOR:
- Bedroom 1: 1 double bed (140cm) and a set of bunk beds (2 single beds).
- Bedroom 2: 1 double bed (140cm) and a set of bunk beds (2 single beds).
- Bedroom 3: 1 double bed (140 cm) with a single mezzanine bed and a set of bunk beds (3 single beds)
Top bunk is not suitable for a child under 6 years old.
Shower room.
Separate toilets.
2 outdoor parking spaces in line possible in front of the chalet and possibility of parking in the public parking (not covered too) at 50 m.
WiFi connection included.
RENTAL CONDITIONS:
Bed linen included from 12/15 to 04/30 only, otherwise at an additional cost.
Towels and end of stay cleaning not included and on request.
Damage deposit required on arrival.
Supplement for pets 25 € / week (within the limit of 2 pets maximum).
