The cuisine highlights the unexplored face of mountain cooking. The chef lovingly draws his inspiration from the richness of the Savoyard terroir, naturally favouring local, seasonal produce.

Nestling in the narrow streets of the village of Le Praz, under a majestic stone vault decorated with old wood, the Tarentaise and Savoie regions invite themselves around the few tables.
Cheeses from neighbouring farms are the mainstay of this typical mountain cuisine. The chef follows the customs and ancestral recipes of traditional Savoyard specialities, enhanced by the embers of the stoves of a blacksmith from our valleys.
Once a cowshed, this rustic address honours our farming heritage with a warm and friendly welcome, for an authentic and unusual experience.
