Chalet des Neiges - Hermine

The Residence Chalet des Neiges Hermine 4* is our first residence and it is perfectly suited to the welcoming of families and groups.

The residence is composed of 2 chalets. The reception is located in the first chalet while the swimming-pool and the wellness area is located on the second chalet. Please be aware that the second chalet (where the wellness area is located) has no lift.

You will enjoy the location in a quiet area of the resort in the heights of Val Thorens, close to the slopes. Our mountain-stylized apartments offer a nice view on the resort and the snowy mountains around. Enjoy the wellness area of the residence and relax yourself in our heated swimming-pool, sauna and Jacuzzi. We also propose a bread and pastries delivery at your front door each morning such as the ski equipment rental with a ski-shop located in the residence.

About 300m away by foot before putting the skis on in order to join the blue slope of « Plein Sud ». Return to the residence possible for confirmed skiers only.

On loan, free of charge, on request and subject to availability:
Baby cot (mattress and linen included) and high chair, air humidfier, luggage storage.
Raclette, fondue, pierrade set, Nespresso coffee machine, soup blender at the reception.
Washing machine and dryer (detergent not included).

Services « à la carte » with an extra charge, on request and subject to availability:
Covered parking space in our private garage : from €95 to €125 per car and per week (2.10m high)
Bakery delivery service (bread & pastries) on request at the reception before 7.00pm to be delivered directly to your apartment in the morning.
Savoyard products delivery to the apartment, order no later than the day before to the reception desk.
Pets are welcome : dog : €95 / cat : €55 per week and per animal.
Ski Shop “Sport 2000” located in the residence.

A fully equipped kitchen: oven (except in our 2-bedroom apartments), microwave, fridge/freezer,
electric hobs with hood, dishwasher, electric coffee maker, toaster, kettle and full range of kitchen wave.
Living-room with private balcony or terrace (3PM) and fireplace (from the 3-bedroom 6 people 72sqm).
Hair-dryer, heated towel rail (except for one of them) and safe.
The “en-suite” bathrooms are opened on the bedroom or closed by a curtain.

Our rates include : Bed linen, beds are made upon arrival (except for the opening week-end)
Towels provided (2 per person and per week – extra kit with extra cost).
End-of-stay cleaning (except kitchen, trash cans and fireplace should also be emptied). A welcoming cleaning kit to start the stay (a bin bag, a dishwasher tablet, multi-use product and a sponge).
Free access to the sauna (from 4.00pm to 7.45pm) and to the fitness room of the residence (from 10.00am to 7.45pm, except on Saturday).
Free access to the wellness area (swimming pool, sauna, Jacuzzi and hammam) during opening hours – closed on Saturday.
Free access to the fitness room located in the residence Plein Sud 4* (at about 300m), during opening hours – closed on Saturday.
Free Wi-Fi access in the apartment, flat screen TV + Satellite, direct-dial telephone (calls not included).
Safe, heated towel-rail and hair-dryer.
A wood bag for the fireplace offered on request (except for the 2-bedroom and the 2-bedroom+mezzanine) – other bags will be charged.
Private ski-locker with shoe dryer.
